NCUAANA First General Conference – Communication and Development

 

June 18 – 19, Novi (Detroit), Michigan, USA

 

 

In order to promote the spirit of united NCUAANA, to enhance communication among NCU alumni and seek opportunities of new development, NCUAANA will hold its first general conference from June 18 to 19 in Novi(Detroit), Michigan. All alumni are warmly welcome to participate and bring up ideas to take NCUAANA to another level of achievement. This will be an excellent opportunity for us to know each other and renew alumni friendship. Detroit region will host this conference. We thank all members of NCUAANA in Detroit region for their support and effort. Details are as follows.

 

 

Events:

 

The conference activities will start from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning.

 

  Saturday, June 18

 

1. 2:00 – 5:00 PM Registration to Hotel and NCUAANA
2. 6:00-9:00PM, Meeting and Dinner (about $15 US/person)
1. Self Introduction (5 minutes)
2. Summary of NCUAANA 2004-2005, by Tian Yunyan (President of NCUAANA) (4 minutes)
3. Introduction of NCUAANA Toronto by Hu Siqing (Chair of Toronto Region)(2 minutes)
4. Introduction of NCUAANA Chicago by Yang Bin (Chair of Chicago Region) (2 minutes
5. Founding and Introduction of NCUAANA Detroit by Deng Zhibing (Chair of Detroit Region)(2 minutes)
6. Other Region Chairs, to be confirmed
7. Alumni Representative speech to be confirmed or on site (5 minutes)
8. Dinner

The Hotel costs $89 a night through its own web site www.sheraton.com or through www.expedia.com. It has a bar open till midnight.

 

The hotel sits next to a shopping plaza (walking distance). Within 1 mile there is another shopping plaza and a movie theater. Within 6 miles or so, there is a big shopping mall and a large shopping plaza. Also it's about 8 - 10 miles to the restaurant.
